When to use document delivery (ILL)?
There are different steps you can use when deciding if you should use DML's document delivery services. The first question is does DML have the material you are looking for? If your answer is "no", then you may want to solicit the service of document delivery. The second question is do I have time to wait for the library to get the material for me? If the answer to this question is "yes", then DML document delivery is the service for you.
