How do I download files that I created using the software on the DML Applications virtual server?
Files that have been created within the DML applications virtual environment can be downloaded to a personal device by navigating to the "Frame Explorer" option within the virtual workspace and downloading it from there. The Frame Explorer is similar to the organizational file folders that exist on personal computers. When a file is saved within JMP, SPSS or one of the other software programs on the DML Applications server make note of the location. Once it is saved, open the "Frame Explorer" folder (use the gear option in the lower left hand corner to toggle between the software and File Explorer) and navigate to the location of the saved file. Right mouse click on the file name and select "Download with Frame" to save it to your local computer.
